Suite Life: Celestial Suite
May 16, 2017
Celestial means belonging or relating to heaven, so it’s not surprising that guests who stay in the Hacienda’s Celestial Suite liken it to a heavenly experience. The large and extremely private suite has one of the best views on property, offering vistas of the Banderas Bay in the distance. The outdoor sitting area, which is positioned under a large palapa with its own bar, is the perfect place to relax and soak up the setting.
The Celestial Suite’s interior is as ethereal as the outside with a romantic canopied queen size bed overlooks the ocean-facing window. The suite is punctuated with several historic artifacts including a full-size Mexican painting of the Immaculate Virgin is in its original frame, circa 1880 and a gold-leaf wooden Venetian chandelier with candles from the mid 1800’s. One of the suite’s most notable treasures is its nightstand, which was originally owned by Luther Burbank, a prolific American botanist, horticulturist and pioneer in agricultural science.
In addition to the sprawling sleeping and living space, the suite has a large bathroom and spacious walk-in closet.
