Suite Life: Rincon de Angels
July 12, 2018
One of six Royal Suites on property, Rincon de Angels, which translates to “angels’ corner,” is one of the property's most popular suites because of its favorable position on the property and expansive vistas. Boasting two balconies and a private terrace, this spacious suite that sits at the highest point of the hotel offers dramatic ocean and city views that are virtually unmatched.
Intimate and secluded, the suite is entered through an arched opening of a private passageway. Once inside, guests are greeted by a plush king size bed flanked by 19th Century wall sconces from England. The room also features a Peruvian painting of San Miguel, circa 1910, a large English armoire from the early 1900’s and a hand-carved, polychrome Mexican statue of the Virgin Purisima, circa 1780. The oldest artifact in the room is a 17th Century Mexican painting of Nuestra Señora del Rosario, also known as Our Lady of the Rosary, who was the patron saint of the Franciscan Missions in the Americas.
Truly divine, the Rincon de Angeles suite is ideal for those looking to enjoy their own, private corner of Mexico magic.
