Hacienda San Angel Gourmet
Hacienda San Angel creates memorable upscale Mexican and international meals at Hacienda San Angel Gourmet, the hotel’s highly regarded, full-service roof top restaurant. A superbly elegant and scenic experience, Hacienda San Angel Gourmet is open to hotel guests and the public for dinner and a seasonal Sunday brunch, both by reservation only. Patrons enjoy 180-degree views of the town, azure Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta’s evening fireworks display.
Sunday Brunch is served in our lovely open air restaurant, and it is an elaborate affair! Our extensive brunch buffet features prime rib, shrimp cocktail, made-to-order omelets, waffles and crepes, a wide array of salads, cheeses, desserts and much more. A strolling violinist plays classical music throughout brunch.
Brunch is served beginning the first Sunday of November through Easter Sunday. Reservations are accepted from 9am to 2pm. Please call or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a reservation. We recommend booking a minimum of two weeks in advance.
The 2016-2017 season brunch includes a complimentary welcome Mimosa.

Opening October 2017: La Cappella Restaurant
Hacienda San Angel is proud to introduce La Cappella Italian Restaurant. La Cappella is housed in the hotel's open air chapel and enjoys the most spectacular views in the city. Diners will sit perched over the colorful bell tower of Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral and overlooking the blue waters of Banderas Bay and terracotta rooftops all around. This stunning setting is a perfect match for the spectacular cuisine by Executive Chef Miguel Angel Hernandez Gutierrez which features an upscale menu of sophisticated Italian dishes both classic and innovative.
